weird looking bass

a customer ; pete broderick brought a picture into the shop today of a striper with grossly oversized tail and pectoral fins. The fish look like half striper and half fan tail guppy it,s the weirdest bass i ever seen. Also the pectoral fins are unbelievably long kindalike a tuna any one ever seen one like this before i have a regular picture at the shop and i'm not good at scanning stuff for the internet The freakie fish was taken last week off wellfleet along the national seashore.

I caught a 33 pounder out of the canal 4 years ago that looked something like that. Its mouth was on the top of its head and it looked like its eyes were bugging out. Caught a 34 inch one at the herring run about 10 years ago. The 33 pound fish was 44 inches long. A sea monster.
