Hope to get out in Cape Cod Bay Fri. morning after work. Hope the wind has blown something in around the ledge or the fingers because it has been real slow last week or so. P. M.

Sandman - stop teasing me - you know I'm having Martha's Vineyard withdrawal symptoms
Nice job getting that 30.
I'm coming back - be there Wed. eve. or Thurs. am - staying till Sunday am and helping Fisherwoman and Baitcaster wrap up things at the Shack and pack my truck for the return.

Van - The Island is great. had the opportunity to fish many times with Basicpatrick at night looking for the big ones. No luck, but on my return it may be different after this storm and some cool nights. I'm hoping I will get my first large Bass from shore. Big Bass from the boat is just so Ho-Hum - if you get large from shore, you've usually earned it. My dues were paid over the last week and a half I feel.
The Albie bite was spectacular at times and frustrating at others. I ended up landing nine total. These were my first landed Albies after two years of trying. Next target is Bonito.
Of course I got some of those *&%%$@# Bloooofish that we all love soooo much. I especially love what they do to my eels.
But the thing about the Vineyard is the place is just so beautiful that even if you don't catch, you still walk away smilin.

I was hoping to get out on sunday but they are predicting a NW wind at 15-20 with gusts to 30, that doesn't sound like much fun to me right now. It is suppose to lay down by the afternoon but I was hoping to be home by then watching the Pats. Why does it seem like for the last month every sunday is blowing strong out of the NW? Did I mention I hate the NW, especially in CCB.

Made it for a while today once the fog lifted. But then there were 4-5 footers outside.
We fished for a couple of hours and got plenty of blues. Then the boy was too cold and it was getting windier. so we headed home.
NO BASSES AGAIN
Maybe tomorrow, but looks like nasty weather again.
