Does anyone know if Mike's dvd is out yet?

I saw a trailer on another site. I think he said it will be out very shortly, but its not out yet.

I still don't know if this DVD will be captioned or subtitled or not? Notaro and I are deaf fishermen, and I'm sure a bunch of you are late-deafened or hard of hearing and could use this feature.

Interesting point. I will try to remember the next time I see him. He is a one man show in editing, narrating, and shooting this video. As this is his first DVD, I wonder if he even knows HOW to add a switch to toggle on and off subtitles...

Might be worth your requesting just that. If anything, at least for future reference.
