Who, when & how much?

Who caught this, what year was it caught, where was it taken and how much did it weight?
Hint: This was the second largest rod and reel bass for a while

Frank Woolner was in the boat when that fish was caught and was a 68 lber from Truro. Frank was heard saying when he gaffed the fish " Too bad boat fish don't count" I forget the guys name but the photo is in Woolner's book.

Second one as Tattoo pointed out from Clarke is hanging in the visitor center at Jamestown. I believe it came from Flat Rock which is located at &%*@$ . Which is in Mississippi.

Caught in 1958 it was the largest bass taken since Church's 73lber of Cutty in 1913.
