Any updated cod reports?

Stellwagen area?

I spoke to Dave the other day and seen his reports. I spoke to the Cap'n John's people this morning. All signs seem to point to a good time on Saturday.

Anyone else been out recently and getting anything?

Hope it's better than my last trip 2 weeks ago out of glaasta. Apparently the haddock is doing very well though

It's been hit or miss . . . and I don't mean that as a cliche. Literally they find the fish and sink the boat with haddock one day . . . and the next day lockjaw.

To quote one sharpie "haddock are getting dumber by the day" . . . it's a bait 'n wait kinda thing too . . . which I hate. Real fish eat jigs
