Yellow Tagged Striper

Last July 20 (2004) I went striper fishing off Provincetown, MA and caught a keeper that was tagged with a yellow wire. On it is a serial number and a partially legible address in New Jersey. Anyone have any leads as to what I do with this, exactly?

Please respond directly to washufizzi@aol.com

Thanks.

yup... definitely a littoral tag... used to run the tagging program for plum island back a few years and we used them.... they will send you a patch and info on when and where the fish was first tagged....

one more cast.....

don't forget to take your trash home

I've got two fish with these NJ littoral society tags this season. My buddy got one in my boat in Wareham a couple of weeks ago and I landed another in Barnstable this past weekend. Both of the fish were about 26". I will call that lady posted above and report the numbers to her, thanks for listing them.
