What's with people?

Last evening I decided to do a little exploring beyond my usual weeknight fishing spot (WAY to the right Crafty) and found me some nice spots. To get to this area I have to walk along a cement wall/walkway on the edge of some highend properties and I was wondering to myself If that would be a problem.

Well I get to where I'm going and I get a few bass.Great.Around 9 I decide to head back as I'm a little tired and hungry plus I wanted to get in some casts at my regular spot.So I'm walking back along that wall and there's a bunch of folks sitting in chairs enjoying the night and guess what? They're nice!A little chit-chat about what's biting we say our goodnights and I move on.

Now its about 9:30 and I'm back at my regular spot and then it happens.I can hear voices so I look hard out into the water and there are a couple of kayakers.I paint for a living I wear white. They must've seen me and/or heard
me casting and paddle right in across my spot as slow as possible and start
making "ghost" noises...booooohhhhhhh...that kinda a crap.

They finally move on after I send a few casts within a few feet of them.

It seems nothing pleasant can happen without something stupid happening to
balance it out.All I can do is shake my head in disgust.

I feel a little better now.

If your night-time aim is good, I always recommend tossing a 4 ounce Hopkins at the perpetrator! Otherwise a giant swimming plug with mutiple trebles is good also! Or a large rock!

People just plain suck!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

Take out and add a nice 8 ounce sinker and start pelting them with rapid casts....they'll get the point.....

That's pretty funny.

The other night I commented how the white "polo sport" across my t-shirt was literally glowing in the moonlight under my wader straps.

Wearing painters whites you must have looked like the great ghost surfcaster from Scoobie Doo
