Outlook Help

I want to copy all of my outlook - emails, contacts, sent mail, calendar - from my laptop to an external usb hard drive, so I can load it on another computer down the road, or perhaps plug it into my home computer and look at it there.

Any advice?

I will continue to research all of this on the net, but maybe someone here can help.

Thanks

_Z_

Use the import/export wizard to export everything as a .pst file and import into your new machine...

yeah, spence, that seems to have worked. Now I should just be able to plug the HD into a diff computer and load all of my stuff into a clean version of outlook and have a copy of what I had, right? Any way I can check it to make sure it worked?
