Looks good. Is that acrylic. I have thought about that when someone last year mentioned that they make them out of acrylic. Also thought of Delrin too. I made some out of PVC but they weighed a ton. P.

Low flame works perfect. We machine a lot of stuff that has to be optically clear and that is how we do it. We use a certain gas but am not sure of the type. Paul

i've 'flamed ' acrylic' before , used solvents , buffed with red compound , just wondering if there was anything new ......been years since i messed with the stuff hi bill , ya still want the mahagony ??
