I unveiled it at the kitchen table over friday evening cocktails with several fishermen this evening.  someone said...Ooooh really nice......you're not going to fish that are you? You’re going to hang that on the wall right?
I plan to fish this as soon as possible.... like tonight!
But as I was getting ready the doc said no  (ankle is still really swollen) Need to listen to her.... 
It is on the rod and ready to be fished though....very soon!!
Like the new color..."Beach mullet"! Nice!

When I was in RI last month there were tons of mullet.On the beach they were around my ankles, in front of me and behind me. The plug I painted for Mr. Sandman was what I saw in my minds eye, the "Beach Mullet". In the deeper darker waters of the estuaries the mullet had a totally different look, colorwise.

friday was my good and bad day
I was fortunate enough to win Bernzy's plugs in the katrina raffle. They came yesterday, a beach mullet and a quonnie p-nut. awesome work!
It was my bad day cuz I threw out my back and can't throw these beautiful plugs!
