herring permit
Is it possible for me to get a permit for the herring run on the canal. I know I may be late but If I can still get one I would go Friday. Thanks Jackie O

It's not too late. Just stop by the town hall in Bourne on Perry Av. Go in the door, turn left and you'll see the department of natural resources desk. Plop down $25 and your driver's license and you'll be good to go.

Just incase any one is looking to get one at Wareham they are done issuing permits.
