Raven and jpi it's not my site but it plays here ok?
It's a water walker. Goes up to 14 mph on water and it's being marketed for rescues and lifeguards. Look at the guys in the boats around him in the first section. Everyone looks at it. If you read into it, it's a hydrofoil type personal watercraft that is human powered just by shaking like you see there. Look at how it takes waves too it's wicked stable.

gun rack???
Lu club rack only for seals. You cant shoot them but once a year up north you can kill all you want with a club.
