I snuck out this morning. Wasn't bad, 3' swell with a little chop. There were fish on top around the dumping grounds, but disapeared quick (10 am). Continued on to the NWC and beyond, not much life except a bluefish explosion on the bars. Plan on leaving a little earlier tomorrow.

We hit the NWC today, when we got there at sun rise we saw quite a few fish popping up and down and also saw a few giants but no joy for us today. After the exciting start to the morning it got really quite for a while, then we found a ton of kreel and also silverside and a few whales but no tuna. We did mark alot of tuna down deep, trollled some deep divers and got nada. There was alot of weed in the water today which was a major pain as you had to check line alot to keep em clean. Only heard a few reports on the radio of hookups today, some guys saw alot of fish but they were really finicky and they could not get them to eat, One friend of our did manage to get a 60 lber so that was cool!!!
Gota bass and bluefish trip tomorrow but will be back out on Monday hopefully.

Nothing for me this morning. Was right there with all the whales and 50 or so other boaters but no tuna. Found a few smaller schools on the way in but couldn't hook up.
Try again tomorrow. hopefully the seas stay the same.
