Striper Tutorial

By virtue of the fact that I fish on the east coast twice a year and have made all my club members, Fullspeed Fishing Club, jealous by the size of the fish I catch, as shown in the pictures I post, I have been asked to write a tutorial on east coast striper fishing. I thought that maybe some of you would like to contribute to that tutorial or maybe even write one yourself. My main large striper fishing occurs in October in the Great South Bay, Fire Island inlet, in NY. We go out and catch live shad or manhaden (moss bunker) and drift them with a weight basically through the rips of the inlet. We have been very successful.

Hope you can contribute, thanks.

Tight lines and calm seas
