Gotta love Cabelas
So I recently had trouble with my clicker on the VS200...got some good feedback from you guys. Basically that I shouldn't even use the clicker. Nontheless, I was in the midst of perparing to send the reel back to VS and realized I didn't have my receipt which I think is needed the first time you send the reel in. So I call Cabela's only to request a copy of my order. And found that they have a 1 year warranty on the reel...They're sending me a brand new one and including a packing slip and postage to send back the original. So in the end I'm getting a new reel, no service charge, and no shipping. Good stories like this are rare for me...though I'd share..

Nice. I've also had some good experiences with them. They take waders back with no questions asked.

I love Cabelas. I was actually going to post how great they were with my waders.
I sent my waders in two weeks ago because they had a leak in the crotch (no jokes guys) and I had a new pair on my doorstep last week.

Their special forces military expedition long underwear is the warmest- its polartec power dry. Highly recommended. Still like my local tackle guys and advertisers here for plugs but when the Cabela's palace opens this fall in East Hartford, I will be there. The one in Pennsylvania I went to was like Disneyland.
