Boston Bruins ...
Okay the B's are doing pretty good as of late, they are in 12th place right now with a chance to make their way back up to 8th for a playoff spot.
Now for those who want to play in my game ... all you have to do is predict where the bruins will finish in the run for the playoffs this season.
Winner will receive one of the plugs I made (squid, seen in "Plug Building - Got Wood, 1st attempt).
Now you have to give your best estimate because if no one gets it exact then the plug will go to whoever is the closest to it. Play fair and NO they're gonna be going to play golf in Florida at seasons end DOES NOT count as a guess.
I'm just trying to have some fun and I hope you's do to.
Tight lines to all!

They keep playing like they did last night they have a very good shot.
Who are these people and what did they do with the real Bruins?

Sigh, I have been a die hard fan for the B's for quite some tome.
My mom even brought me as a young child to a Benny's to meet Cashmen, Hodge, and Phil Esposito.
I was even at the Garden the night Bourque literally took the jersey off his back to hang #7 to the rafters.
I was eating sushi at Misaki in Hyannis Ma, when none other then the great Robert G Orr came in to eat with his bride, either that guys has a wooden leg or his wife eats a lot, they must of ordered 50 to 80 pieces of sushi!!
But the major problem with the B's is this Jeromy Jacobs, CEO of the Boston Bruins, who in their right mind trades a franchise player of like of Joe Thorton?
This team will will be a bottom dweller for some time to come!

Okay, the way I see it I think either Stiperking70 or The Dad Fisherman is going to be the winner here. The Bruins have 6 games left and all are against very tough teams for the B's to beat so I don't see them moving up in the standings, they may get 2 points out of the next possible 12 but no more than that.
Stay tuned ...

This has been a brutal year for us Bruins fans.
They have shown flashes...but mostly...they just havent shown us anything. The thing that kills me most is their lack of toughness. I know that Stan Jonathan is not walking through the door. That form of hockey (for good or bad) is history. Someone, somewhere, better figure out what hockey is these days and fast. This great game is rapidly becoming a footnote.
We all know that if they could put together a decent team, the fans will be there. Boston (ie New England) is a hockey town. They just need a competitor.....and this team was never a competitor. Never.

It still boggles my mind that the B's traded away Joe Thorton.
