I never even got the Oct. issue. Any issue I do get is usually 3 weeks behind when anyone else gets it. I love their product, but as far as I am concerned their delivery record is brutal.
I'll keep reading though.

Recieved two copies today(11/13). My regular (address lable) copy and one in a Manilla envelope. If somebody at the PO is not reading it, the PO is getting way behind on bulk mailings.

I stopped getting OTW after 9 years. My biggest pet peeves were I lived across the bay from them and would get mine late and the fact they don`t put a protective cover (maybe rolled) to enclose the mag.... it would often be torn or otherwise disfigured.
I loved the mag but they must have a lot of negative feedback about the above and they never made any changes.

got a replacement on 11/13 in a manilla envelope. then the regular one came yesterday...looked like it had been read or bounced around for a month.
