3 In the Hole

I have 3 job sites going strong in Woods Hole right now that will be keeping us busy for 1 1/2 years at least. All private access with very fishy waterfront. The cool thing is I'm setting up the DVR cameras for the properties as part of the scope of work and can monitor the sites 24/7. Last fall at one of the sites the home owner told me to fish off one of his docks anytime(working hours) as long as the job was getting done. Caught a couple of schoolies and a blue last fall but didn't put a lot of time in fishing. The newest site I was at yesterday for 5 hours was sick! I can't even imagine. I brought my gear down to test a few of the new plugs I bought. Through the binoculars I could see birds working accross the sound but I wasn't sure if they were working bait or not. I'm looking forward to spending some quality time in Woods Hole this year.

Are you looking to hire anyone for third shift who takes very long breaks and doesn't really like manual labor? If so, I'm available. The best quality I can offer you as an employee is that I will bring coffe to the jobsite each night. Oh, and I will work for only slightly more than the fair market rate plus fully paid benefits and a bonus plan.

Absolutely. Last year when I was doing my leg work in WH prior to these jobs I contacted some of the locals from this board and they really pointed me in the right direction.

I got some good spots that hold year round. I also work in a place that gives me all the free bait in the world..... Heard of the MBL? Would love another buddy down there. Mike

It's just exciting to get some access that i otherwise would never have. I don't get to go out like some of the hardcore crew here and reading about everyone else's access and private areas makes me envious. Reality is I'll only be able to fish one of those spots at night and it will probably only be this spring. We'll see though, yesterday i was doing some serious PR work and glad handing with the contractor and he is a fisherman. He brought it up. The one thing I did learn last fall though is that are plenty of public spots down there and they all have there own unique features. I just don't have the time to put in at all of them so I'd like to stick to one and see how it goes throughout the season. To be continued..........and sorry if I sounded like I was snooty or bragging about access.
