Smile Registration for The Habs Fall Classic - Oct. 10-12, 2008

I just got off the phone with Pt Jude Joe and we're rounding 3rd and heading for home -

I'll be picking up the tickets later today, the registration sheets are just about done and Joe picked up the Habs pins from Jess yesterday that are going to be included with the $15 registration fee.

JohnR is going to take registrations online here at S-B.com for those of you who can't make it to one of the official weigh stations to register and PayPal can be used to secure your ticket.

Psyched - I love it when a plan comes together!

The three shops where you can register are:

- Edwards Bait & Tackle on Connell Highway, Newport, RI
401-846-4521

- The Saltwater Edge, Valley Road, Middletown, RI
401-842-0062

- Quonny Bait & Tackle, (formerly Cap'n Don's), Rt 1, Charleston, RI
(I'll have Tim's phone number up shortly)

Registration materials will be dropped at the shops hopefully mid-afternoon tomorrow -

Joe went and talked to Jess yesterday afternoon and at this point it appears that the charity to be supported by the proceeds of the tourney will be The Hasbro Children's Hospital Fund (which is much like The Ronald McDonald House for the familes of children who are ill). The charity to receive the contribution from The Habs Classic will be decided by Jess and will be formally announced very shortly.

Thanks again, you guys - you're the best
