Weekend Plans
What's up for the weekend?
Busy weekend! Tournaments start and ending, fishing in FULL FALL GEAR! Pats back on
Ahhhh, nights are now getting into the 40's, starting to wear fleece under the waders, break out the warmer dry top. Work the suds along So Co, smell of wood in the air from the few homes along the shore occupied all year. RI plates starting to catch up to the amount of CT license plates in Rhody Coastal communities. Ahhh, Fall Is Here!
This weekend is the Buzzards Bay Anglers Tourney: http://www.buzzardsbayanglersclub.co...hore-2008.html
This weekend also concludes with Striper Fest at Harpoon Brewery in Boston
StriperFest Updates:
If you need an invite ticket (not gold ticket) send an email here: sc23cc@gmail.com and someone will email you a printable invite.
If you have not received a Golden Ticket - contact On The Water will@onthewater.com QUICK and they can leave one for you at the door.
OTW says the Parking problems across the street have been fixed. My truck doesn't fit so no issue for me...
OTW / Harpoon states they have moved this to be more Family Friendly this year
See ya there!
Oh, did I mention the run IS IN FULL SWING?

Wife heading out of town, solo with the kids all weekend (no fishing but plenty of hockey and soccer). Be back at it hard for remainder of October.

sleeeeeep. Probably slept a total of 15 hours since last Sat.am, between fishing and my 5 hours a nite at work, but it has been well worth it. Anniversary on Sunday and maybe I may get to go to the Striper Cup too. Unfortunately with all this upbeat news I got some bad news today and I have to put my dog down on Monday morning so I will be spending my last weekend with my best friend too. Sux's. Get out there and fish guys. There are some nice ones around.

Fished SW of the canal to look for those fish that went through earlier this week. Found plenty of 20's predawn around *** in **. Nothing big but good fishin.
Fish canal after dark when 'tourists' go home.
