My buddy is going to the sandbox on january 3rd, the biggest wish i have is that he comes home safe to his family. Also, the economy, this is going to get a lot worse, hopefully not for too long.

Everything is better on the rocks.

We are taking our $$ and putting it towards finishing the house, if there's any left over, it would be for a flat screen for the new master bedroom....now if there really was a santa...id ask for a new reel(daiwa dogfight) and a 1209 rainshadow for the canal

Same plan, Dad - I'm finally finishing off the rooms in the house one by one, the great room is next for music, movies and reading.

We're gonna cocoon this winter, basically duck and cover and with any luck this eonomic tsunami is gonna wash over us and we'll pop out the other side.

BTW, the 1st 'Cocoon' comment outta one of you fish-heads get this...

Hey, I've been around here too long to just float a meatball like that over the plate...

The other thing I'd like though - is for everyone to have a great Christmas enjoying their families and friends and not missing all that junk they keep tellin' ya you just have to buy to show them you love them.

A hug and a kiss and some holiday cheer is the best gift going IMHO

to lose 20 pounds

and a clean house

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

I would like just one $20 present. The winning million dollar lottery ticket. Of course I want peace on earth and good will towards men but I'll settle for the winning ticket!

Ya know, I've thought about it - the only other thing I really want is I wanna find my old Roy Rogers bedspread Gramma gave me one year for Christmas.

I'll bet that would help me sleep better at night....
