MA Comm fluke permits
I know they have been limited for years but is there a place that resells permits that fishermen want to give up?

Check the classified ads in the back of the National Fisherman magazine. But watch out, if you get a permit you might become like " most commercial fishermen are a bunch of greedy, rude, illegal-minded, beer drinking, overweight, tax avoiding, uneducated , rule breaking, whackos"
