Billfish needle

here is a slightly revised needle over the designs I have made in the past.... First time I have used this darker green color

nice. Interesting. I too like the flatish nose on some needles and have experimented on a few different types, some my own thinking some I ripped off someone else's idea. I posted a few I finally finished in the needlefish month post you may like. Good job.

Nice lookin stuff guys! One question....

Does that type of 'nose' give it a little more swim?

I have made a few with the square surfaced nose and they do have a nice wiggle swim behavior. have not done any side by side comparisons with round profile nose shaped needles...

maybe a tiny bit but not very much. More of a personal preference in the shape and look I prefer more than any action gain.
