WANTED: Dehumidifier
Anybody have an old they want to get rid of? My old bit the dust and I don't need a high end one just something for my mess of a basement.

If you are going to replace one, just be sure you get one that you don't have to empty manually. Pump directly into basement sink or drain. Only way to go and worth the money vs the manual empty models (even if free)

I bought a condensate pump for a central air system, ran a hose from the dh tank in the pump, that has a float in it
and into the slop sink. like 35 bucks at hd

I know, if i had a basement worth it I would. It's a 1/2 earthen 1/2 slap with rubble stone foundation. It's semi dry and I have stuff off the ground that we store from the yonder years(garbage). I have manually emptied the dehumidifier my father in law gave me 5 years ago until it recently bit the dust. Thanks though.
