Normally I just use forums to complain but I need to give some credit today.
Received a package in the mail from cablelas and one of the packaging for one of the items was there but no item. It looked like the glue had separated from the cardboard or someone decided they needed a flatline clip before they packaged up the box.
Well, called Cabelas up and told them what I received, and they are sending me a new item, no questions asked. I was fully expecting to have to fill out forms, and wait three months etc etc...
They kept a customer. Which im sure is worth more than 24 bucks.
