New HD trailer for "Striper Islands & Seminars"
Hi Everyone,
I just set up an account with smugmug to display my work in HD for video and very large sizes for print images.
Check out this 'Trailer' I put together for both the release of the new DVD and to preview some of the footage that's going into my seminar for the upcoming East Bay Anglers show.
Let me know how the HD video appeared on your monitor -- this site is pretty highly rated for their delivery technology. I appreciate your feedback. Please keep in mind that I was merging three different formats of video plus animated stills...wait till you see what my newest camera will be offering up for images in 2010!
Just click on the image:
Hope to see you at the show!
Mike

I thought I was playing a DVD the scenes were so clear and played smoothly. Full screen HD mode.
Niko: put your glasses on; "image is a little fuzzy though"!

I have a ton of tog sequences in both the DVD and the seminar series -- enough close up footage of old leather lips to frighten children or give Crafty a woody.

Wow, sent chills down my spine this morning. Looks great. Was the beavertail footage taken during the swell of hurricane Bill?

Rob,
You're correct, those would be Bill driven waves at the Tail.
pbadad,
Lots of fish and lots of info in HD -- that's what the seminars and DVD are all about. The East Bay Anglers Fishing Expo will provide you with more 'how to' and 'where to' info then you'll find anywhere -- even the Internet!
Without burning spots (because they're so famous they've been torched years ago) I'll provide the underwater, fish-eye view of legendary fishing grounds with specifics on when and where to fish and most importantly 'why' to fish these areas. I hope to provide folks with all the tools necessary to be able and go out and either explore these fantastic areas, or more importantly, go out and find isolated and perhaps less pressured areas that produce lots of fish.
If you fish for False Albacore my footage of these little tunny will blow your mind...it will change the way you fish for these blazingly fast little bastages.
Hopefully I'll see a lot of fellow S-B posters at the show.
Mike

Looks sweet Mike. And the service was good too - streamed quick (I have a sick Internet connection) and clear.

I predict this will bomb. I'm not big into reality tv so I won't watch this and I'm not sure what the buzz is all about. It won't make the top 50 openings! Just kidding, with all the Avatar stuff being slung I couldn't help myself. I was really impressed by the trailor. I will get this DVD and torture myself watching it. This is very fine work. You are a true professional. Thanks for the sneak peak!
