Thank you for posting the two links.
The Spooks on p51 remind me of the Yo-Zuri Hydro Pencils. That's a nice profile for a topwater plug. I bet they move through the water nicely.

sorry, I thought I sent you a heads up to those articles. someone sent me that info a few weeks ago. Oh well you seen them and they are very interesting for sure. Interesting his take on the Danny and how he feels Pichney went behind his back, for lack of a better term, with Lupo with his plug and how it was called a Danny after him and not after Mr. Musso. Also liked how he gave lots of credit to Mr. Gibbs. lots of pretty pictures too.
