Great guitarist, IMHO - you can hear the obvious influences without the feeling that he's just imitating the riffs
He's had some personnel changes in his band Back Door Slam between albums, but they're still solid
One of my favs, Outside Woman Blues and yeah, I saw the Cream version performed live more than 40 years ago...
