Not sure how many guys know this here. A good friend Jim Brown the owner of the original Plug Builders Supply in Holliston was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. He was supposed to have surgery today but just tried calling the hospital to check on him and they said he hadn't gone into surgery yet but wouldn't give out any other information. I know a few others here know him too so if anyone gets any information please pass it along.
Otherwise please keep him in your prayers. Jim's a good guy. I don't believe he participates here but reads this from time to time.
used to buy stuff off him many moons ago, even got him some sales on the very early sol era. Sorry to hear this about him, but will keep him in my thoughts...he is a real nice guy.
Bump for thoughts for Jim. Talked to him for a bit this morning. Few weeks ago he had another seizure and ended up in the hospital again. Scans didn't look good. Staying very positive and had some laughs with him today.
Jim's been in and out of the hospital a bunch lately. He's been on several new drug trials, the latest seems to have shrunk the tumor somewhat which is promising. He can't work or drive. Still can get a laugh out of him though. Please keep him in your thoughts.
