Even less BigFish!
Well I broke the 300 pound mark weighing in at 299.5 this morning..........thats down 2.5 this week and a 1 month total of 13.5 pounds!!! This is really working for me!!!  |

I stopped ALL the snacks, portion control...instead or 3 burgers I have 1 or instead of 3 sandwiches I have 1.....whole grain bread when I do have bread, lots or fruit and veggies and I ride that canal bike about 40 miles a week!!!
