First Fish of the year...

Not me, my 18 year old son. We had a very warm 50 degree day here in Vermont on January 1st. We headed to one of the year round fishing allowed rivers (Winoski, Otter, Lewis Creek). And after 15 minutes he had a 15 inch fat brown trout on a mooselook spoon. Did a great job landing it. Released, but got a good phone pic first....hope to post it later. So nice to be fishing and actually catching on January first in Vermont. Now, back to the deep freeze!

Great catch. When VT freezes over, you can always go to catching snowfish like RoyL!

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.
