Paid $3.30 on Sat for unleaded regular at Hess in W. Springfield, MA.

Next day ... $3.85 for unleaded regular ... Roslyn, NY.

Year old data. But have to consider the difference of state taxes on price....or it's not apples to apples. NY is second highest in the country. But you knew that, Ben... That accounts for more than 20 cents a gallon.

Saw a lot of out of state plates filling up in Mass the other day.

You know things are bad when people are buying gas in Taxachusetts.

As an aside, there are quite a few businesses moving into Boston from less business-friendly points south and west.

I feel sorry for the boat guys. Gas at the dock is gonna be obscene if this keeps up.
