Mechanic help
I was driving on the xway today, and at speeds above 65 my front end is shaking, when I hit the breaks to slow down it got worse, regular driving around the city she's fine. Any ideas, I was thinking a stuck caliper or maybe a warped rotor, the tires are fairly new like 12000 miles, and the break are 2 years, but I noticed some scoring on one of the front rotors..

I just googled it, and there are lots of people who have this problem, but no one has an answer to fix it, seems that people are having the problem right out of the dealer ship and Ford is clueless as to how to fix it.

It's an EB Expedition.
I am leaning towards replacing both calipers and rotors.

the calipers stick, at least on my Jeep because, the boots on the calipers rods expand and cause the rods to bind.
I had this happen when I replaced my fronts , I had to undo the install coat the the rods with a good caliper grease. I also removed 1 of the boots and only used grease. This was recommended on the Jeep forum.

typical Ford (and Jeep etc.) Brake issue.. the calipers are crap, pure and simple.. 12-18 months is about it for them...unless you go with a high end aftermarket upgrade...

Look for excessive brake dust on the rim, that will tell you If the caliper is sticking/brakes dragging.

Did the front brakes today, new rotors and pads, the right side was missing a return spring that was the side that was stuck. All set now 90mph on the highway no shake or shimmy...
