Folding Wire Bike Baskets for Canal Cruiser

Wondering if anyone uses these on there canal cruisers?

Think it might help me with transporting the bike.

I figured i would cut a piece of thin wood or plastic foe the bottom to add some rigidness.

Anyone have any experience with these kinds of baskets?

Thanks.

Get some wire shelving and cut to size. Use light gauge chain as support. Design it like one of those beds that fall out of the wall.

I think Stifftip has the folding baskets and really likes them.
