i hear ya... the new one blows
i think you have to look first for your old installer files for 3.6 ?
and save them somewhere then delete the new program
then re -install it with the old version

Go Chrome!

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

Don't waste your time with IE.

Export your bookmarks to an HTML file, completely uninstall, and reinstall last of 3.x series. Yeh, I'm probably going back too. Big memory leak in FF4.
I opened a FF4 page to Google as a test before going to bed, next morning the FF process had sucked up 500MB of memory.
I could have done some deeper testing to see if it was a specific addon/plugin (actually running a pretty slimmed down version) but I don't want to spend hours testing FF - rather go fishing.

You know I like firefox at first but somehow by hook or by crook some apps ended up being added and real quick I started having big problems. Its too bad they just don't put something nice and simple out there and then just leave it alone. I think most of the complications that begin to aggrevate you come with attempts to sneak in advertising. I know that pays the bills but there has got to be some way to do it without adding problems too.

I saved my bookmarks uninstalled it and did a google search for ff 3.
I hated the set up of 4.
Considering trying chrome if they keep pushing ff4.

I will try to change back i think. I downloaded Chrome, and ive heard a lot of good things about it. However, after about a half hour or so i gave up because i couldnt import my bookmarks. They made it look so easy. Thanks for your help guys.
