Another nice fish for the ChathamBlue! Way to go Mark.
Live bait was the way to go today as our bars had no interest.

I fished all day saturday...SWC to the SEC to PH. No birds no bait no whales.
Stellwagen was a barren wasteland. Finally made it over to Peaked Hill on the outgoing tide and it looked like it was ready to explode of course I had to call it a day.

That's pretty much what we had all day. We marked alot though.
We have been blessed with the use of Matt's lucky rods! Thanks again Matt!

That was the same experience I had yesterday trolling! It was only the guys with live bait that hooked up. I personally don't go out to target giants, looking for a nice 59" class. There was a report of smaller sized fish about 7mi outside of GH.

Matt you might want to check on the condition of those rods, they are always looking bent over when I see them on the boat. Did they come from the tackle store like that or is Buckman abusing them with large fish ?
