Hook replace ment opionins

I am looking at replacing the hooks on my C-herring jigs and a few other single hook jigs, however i was toying with the idea of using circle hooks when replacing / upgrading the hooks, i was also toying with the idea of the offset circle hooks.

any thoughts or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I dont know what benefit circle hooks would give you...if anything your hook up ratio may drop. But then again I cant jig so what do I know?

Don't think circles would work well on such quick hitting lures.

Offset ,,, as in curbed or reversed will make what ever it's attached to tend to spin ... Stay with the J hooks ,,, not like your chunking .. Even chunking (my method) I prefer the J's ..

Agree with above, the only thing circle will help with is less starfish. All swing hooks seem to love those things. I replace mine with the same VMCs I use for tail hooks.
