Who uses a stinger hook when recreational fishing??? And what's the purpose of the stinker hook???

I think you meen stinger hook. It is used when the fish are hitting short.

Must have pushed the wrong key ment to say stinger. I think the rules state that only one hook is allowed. So would it be illeagal to use the stinger hook???
