Shark leaders
What's everyone using ?
With all the blue sharks around seems a waste of good $ using good wire leaders and hooks.

8-10ft of 350lb cable w/ offshore loops at both ends.
Haywire on some 350lb piano wire (3ft). if you have to cut, then you just replace (when needed) the piano wire. Use a cheap hook, and Mr Mako shows up, garunteed....

10 feet if cable to big crane swivel and then 3-5 foot of solid wire to the hook. That way you can keep cutting back and/or replace only the solid wire.

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

All you need is a cleated off dock line with a 1 foot wire trace at the end and a cheap hook that will bend out, to tame even the knarliest of blue doggs.
Rubber band release clip will alert you if you have a customer.
