Where did the money go?
I recall hearing about Obama passing the $1 billion dollar point in reguards to campaign contributions 2-3 weeks before the election. Then on election night I heard Romney spent over $1 billion and Obama spent $930 million. I haven't searched further but it sounds like $70 million disapeered on the Obama side.

No, it can't just vanish. The FEC regulates campaign money pretty closely. I believe they can donate it to charity or other campaigns. But I doubt Obama has any left to be honest.
As for missing money, some are more concerned with the GOP

Speaking of charity how about an explanation about the $5 million that could have gone to charity if our leader wanted it to but didn't.

Just think of how many jobs could have been created by all of the money the 1% spent on attack ads.

If we use the Stimulus Package as a guide to how much it cost per job created. (Though there are many interpretations) according to the CBO the low end is 500k per job. So I guess we could have spent the money on 2000 jobs. Seems foolish to spend 500k per job when you'll never get it back in average in federal taxes paid by the job.
