Hope everyone has a good day. Looking forward to Turkey stuffing with a little chourico in it. Adds that extra little taste I love! Happy Thanksgiving.

Love a suasage based stuffing. Hopefully where I go tomorrow it will be but the Chourizo sounds great too.
IMO the stuffing really makes or breaks the meal. On the ships I am on very very rarely you get a good stuffing. Cooks many time not from the NE area.
Happy TDay to all.

I'll tell you, I'm really counting my blessings today after I was involved in a hit and run on the way to the train. A car hit me and threw me up onto his roof while I was coming out of a crosswalk on the way to the train.
This guy looked me right in the eye and took off, tires squealing.
When I looked up to get his plate number, the scumbag shut his lights off.
Hopefully the cops can run him down like he ran me down.
Luckily I'm a little sore in the back and leg, but other than that OK.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

2nd that! and it happened to me as a kid
hit the windshield then the roof then trunk lid
and then the street as I watched the scumbag drive away
those few moments afterwards stick with you as you
ponder humanity and wonder just how heartless that bastard was.
I mentioned this because "I know how you feel"
and will give thanks today that you escaped with your life.
Have a great pilgrims eat dinner with Native Americans day !

Same to all you guys. I'm making two kinds of stuffing for the bird. Bread/herb stuffing that will cook inside the bird and a sausage stuffing that I'll cook separately.

HTG The only thing I am thankful for is still having Ricky. My parents are out of the country, so we did the Bomba TG right before my pop passes on. We did my in law's last weekend cuz my wife's sister had major cancer surgery today. I woke up this morning to a text "I got hit by a car this AM" from my brother. Spent the next half hour trying to get a hold of him unsuccessfully. Then started calling the Waltham area police and hospitals before he called me back. Next time Ricky gets plowed over, I hope he adds "and I'm OK" to the end of the text. I am the most thankful this year Ricky is alive. HTG guys.
