K concept on a surf rod?
How does one go about setting up say a 10' surf rod in the K concept? I realize the choke guide is closer. How do you determine that location? Does this concept work with a VS250 spool size?

Go to www.anglersworkshop.com and read about it. The site also shows you how to measure your reel and THEN USING THOSE MEASUREMENTS YOU PLUG THEM INTO THEIR GPS PROGRAM WHICH GIVES YOU GUIDELINES FOR THE VARIOUS k STYLE GUIDES AND SIZES.

I see they have a KR setup chart for 9' set up. They use the KL single foots witgh a total of 11 guides and a tip.
Is this set up possible w/a surf rod and KW guides? The site show small rods w/many micro guides.

The GPS will also show you a layout with KW guides. The spacing I gave you is for KW guides.
