CT Surfcasters Meeting Feb 5 Pete LaJoie on fishing the Canal.

The CT Surfcasters February meeting is Wednesday the 5th at 7 pm at the Town of Madison Old Town Hall- (not our usual Madison Surf Club meeting place).

I am sure that those who know Pete would say he an incredibly hard working and dedicated surf man. Pete will talk about catching some striped bass in the Cape Cod Canal. I do not really think this will result in any more CT guys fishing next to you.

All you guys here are invited, you do not have to be a member and you do not have to pay to get in. The club is about learning how to get more enjoyment and better results out of the the time you
put into surfcasting.

The Memorial Town Hall is off exit 61 of 95 in Madison, You go Route i and then make a right for aboujt 1/4 of a mile and the Memorial Town Hall is set back from the Green on the right,

I was going to say I think it is illegal for people of the great state of Conn. to fish the canal. Wish it was closer as I could use some new tips

It should be about " driving on the cape" , you guys already know how to fish, driving, I'm not too sure!

Meeting Cancelled for Wednesday Feb 5th. Do not want to have low turnout for Pete Lajoie or risk vehicle damage due to weather.

Meeting is now one week later- Wednesday Feb 12th same place - Madison Memorial Town Hall and same time 7pm.
