How to dispose of asphalt cold patch
Have a bag that ripped and is long since rock hard. Who will take this thing?
That being said, it does work great to keep tarps in place over the winter.

If you have trash pick up put it in a barrel let them take it I work for a trash company b crafty its all recycleable( spelling Lots of wine)

It's heavy enough to alone be above the barrel weight but they'd probably take it...I hate putting stuff like this in the trash but I guess it's just like everything else...

that's what we'd call Filler material
when your building a wall ...in your case a circular pillar
this is what you hide in the center to use less cement

Just through it in some rip rap jetty. I have seen that done legally in more place than one

Put it in a box, tape the box tightly, label it with "Fort Knox", "Federal Bank" and "Gold Depository" in large letters and put it on any street corner and watch how long it stays your problem!
