Pencil thin tubes

I bought some tubes that were about 16-18" long and a little thicker than a pencil about 5-8 years ago somewhere off of RT3 (ma) between exit 9 and 13 somewhere but I can't remember where. Anyone know who makes them?

I think i saw some at Monahans Marine Rt53 in Weymouth

where there's little fish,there's big fish
