York Area fly spots / pattern

Any suggestions greatly appreciated..

I'm looking for spots to try around York and esp. Stageneck where I can get a fly into the water without endangering my life too badly. How about patterns and such. I'm VERY familiar with the cape and up in tne Mousam and Ogiunquit, but I would like to learn some other spots.

You may reply to my email if you'd like (Bill@fishangler.com) as I cannot get to this site as much as I'd like.

Thanks very much in advance.

FLYFLICKER, sorry for taking so long, but if your fishing around the ROCKS use a BLACK EEL patten. as you can se this on DOUBLES as EEL/ deciever, should give the BEST of both worlds
an catch fish.
