Let the fun begin

Hit fresh water with my son and what a great start to the year, warmer air, flat calm and cooperative fish. I think I landed 5 pickeral in the 3-5lb range, a 7 lb personal best in the kayak and dozens of other crappie, pickeral and one other bass. Pretty good considering the 49 degree water, but it was good to get out with my son and bend a rod.
