Reschedule of fishing equip yard sale
OK, guys and gals. I am going to do one day, next Saturday May 5th from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Boat stuff and boat rod and reels.
Surf stuff, a lot of old school rods, some wrapped by Charlie Murat. S glass, E glass and Honey Lamiglass. Conventional and spin.
A TON of plugs, jigs, Sluggos, and soft plastic shads in every size they made.
I am not giving up fishing but I have enough stuff, after 50 years of surf and boat, to fill a small warehouse. Just getting rid of what I will never use.

PI - Did you ever end up getting any of the white glass penn slammer boat rods? either 6'6 or 7'? I can't remember if you had when you first got the boat.
If you are putting that in the sale, let me know... that's our blackfish rod on Valhalla...

Do you have a derelict Mitchell 302 or 402 I could buy for a couple of internal parts?

Twenty years ago, I'd have driven down, but I'm like you; far too much fishing stuff that I will never use. Cleaned out my girlfriends mom's cottage recently and put seven old (real basic) fishing rods and reels (mostly crap) out in front for free and they were gone in twenty minutes. There were a couple decent old penn convensionals that someone will refurbish, assuming they can be freed up.

Yup, I have one and I have a Abu 7000 (Maroon) on it. You want it? let me know tonight and I'll set it aside with or without the reel.
