She was held accountable for the crime at the age it was committed tried and convicted

in NY you can, the DA decided not to.

It’s a stupid law. why would
you reward someone for eluding capture for ten years

but in NY the DA has discretion ( get the facts wayne), and the DA chose to put a child rapist in a facility with young girls. that’s why people are angry.

and any state which has a law sawing they’d have to go to a juvenile facility, is run by idiots. it’s. stupid, stupid law.

came up in CT with Michael Skakel who s a kennedy cousin, who therefore thanks to his Kennedy DNA raped and murdered a teenage girl when he was 16 or 17, didn’t get arrested unttil decades later.
