1st boat Trip

So I wasn’t gonna go out in the morning based on the forecast woke up. It looked perfectly fine. Headed out 530. Found the bass one two at a time chasing up small pogies ended the morning with 5 bass mostly slot biggest was 32 in. Half on spoons the others top water

I didn’t catch those in the River .. went this morning found some pogies snagged 4 . Nothing under them .. headed out to same spot was super snotty . 3 of the 4 pogies were dead .. the bass showed up same as yesterday pushing up a pogie here or there .. the seagulls were getting them before the fish. No love topwater. Ended up 3 way the dead ones off the bottom .. went 2 for 4 . Again just above slot . Found big school of schoolies on my way back in but kept going and picked up another on the flutter spoon in the river ..

Very surprised by the amount of bait of different sizes along with this push of bass. Also different sizes. And they seem to be all over the bay ..
